Permitting, Design, Compliance

We provide stormwater design, permitting, and sampling. Full-service NPDES services include permit document development, SWPPP document creation, flow analysis, site plan design, quarterly and yearly sampling, laboratory analysis, and NetDMR reporting to both state and federal regulatory agencies for commercial and industrial clients; including wetlands owners, marinas, construction sites, industrial properties, contractors, mines and quarries, pools, factories, and conference centers.

Site Water Use Evaluation, Permitting, and Design

SES provides water permitting for large and small entities. Services include Water Appropriation and Use Permitting, Water Discharge Permitting, Water Flow Analysis, and Water System Design. We work together with our geotechnical team to conduct geotechnical investigations and reports required by MDE to provide a complete permitting process experience for you.

Water Sampling

Our MDE-certified water sampling team provides water sampling services for stormwater sampling, (including laboratory analysis and NetDMR reporting for NPDES stormwater permit holders), real estate transaction sampling for both residential and commercial property transactions, research, and water safety needs.

SES has worked alongside Skycroft providing site evaluation, water meter installation guidance, flow data collection guidance, water appropriation and use permitting, and geotechnical report development support for their large onsite system. We are approaching the design phase of a large onsite sewage disposal replacement system for the Conference Center, located in Hagerstown, MD.
